Lamborghini has unveiled the new Temerario Polizia as another one extraordinary supercar joining an existing relationship between the Italian automaker and the Italian State Police, which have been helping with emergency transportation of medical material for more than two decades. Launched at Lamborghini’s famous Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters, the blue-and-white Temerario is developed for a special public-service mission. Despite its impressive exterior and performance characteristics, it will not be used for routine patrol and highway pursuit but for transportation of human organs, blood plasma, and other temperature-sensitive medical supplies in Italy. The Lamborghini Temerario Polizia brings to the table the power of 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 and three electric motors and generates 920 CV of the total system output. However, it is more important that the vehicle has a special refrigerated medical compartment with continuous monitoring of temperature.
